Early access: submit PDFs for Ivan’s approval. Review and delivery are manually supervised; there is no guaranteed completion time or error-free certification. Do not upload identifiable patient information. Submit only files you are authorized to share.
How your files are handled
The website is hosted by Netlify. Account information and uploaded files are stored using Supabase. Approved manuscripts are downloaded to Ivan’s review computer and processed with OpenAI-assisted tools. You and the review administrator can access your submission; collaborators receive access only to the released files you select.
Keep your original files. Files may remain in the portal and local review records until deletion is arranged with Ivan. Ask Ivan about deletion or suitability before submitting material with special legal, institutional or contractual restrictions. This service is not intended for identifiable patient data.
